Cobh Tri Club present Europe’s only Jailbreak triathlon on the 4th of August.  Take the ferry over to the prison island of Spike in Cork Harbour.  Swim to Cobh’s titanic pier.  Cycle around the Great Island of Cork Harbour.  Run along Cobh’s promenade.  There’s both a Sprint and Olympic distance triathlon, as well as relays to choose from.  Enter now to ensure your spot.  The current Irish Ironman record holder Joyce Wolfe has already secured her spot on the starting line.
